We reserve the right to change the prices and shipping costs as well as to cancel orders and refund your money due to pricing errors (or any other reasons).

Immediately after receiving your order, we'll send you an order confirmation to your email with information about the order. Make sure to check its contents and keep it in case you need to contact our customer service. When contacting our customer service, always have your potential customer number and order number at hand. Upon receiving your order, make sure that the parcel contents match the products listed in the order confirmation.

Shipping costs contain both postage and packaging costs. The shipping costs displayed in the shopping cart are an estimate based on the primary shipping method. To see the exact shipping costs for your order, select the desired shipping and payment method at checkout. The available shipping methods depend on the shopping cart's contents (size and total weight) as well as shipping destination. You are welcome to select the shipping method that suits your needs best.
In Finland we deliver your order by Posti or Matkahuolto or to the R-Collection store chosen by you. Deliveries to Åland are VAT free.
Delivery costs by Posti or Matkahuolto are from 6,50 per shipment, home deliveries by Posti from 14,00 per shipment.
When you choose delivery by Posti or Matkahuolto, the online store suggests different pick-up points based on your address. Posti or Matkahuolto will send you an SMS when your order is ready for pick-up.
When you select Posti Parcel Automat (Smartpost) delivery method, the online store suggests different pick-up points based on your address. This delivery method is fast and easy and Posti will send you an SMS with a code for automat when your order is ready for pick-up.
Posti Parcel Automat maximum parcel size is 60 x 36 x 60 cm and/or 25 kg. If your order does not fit in these limits, we will primarily send your order in multiple parcels. If this is not possible, we will contact you before delivery.
We can also deliver your order to the R-Collection store chosen by you (not retailer stores) and send an SMS when your order is ready for pick-up. The person who will pick up the order needs to present his/her ID. If the original orderer does not make the pick-up, then the person needs an authorization signed by the original orderer.
Currently, we ship to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

International shipments are carried out by Posti and GLS.
Delivery times depend on the order and the selected shipping method. The most common delivery times in Finland are 2-7 days and to destinations outside Finland are 7-15 days. Exceptions may occur if the shopping cart contains out-of-stock products. We will inform on our website about exceptions to the regular delivery times. We will also let you know about potential delays immediately after you've placed your order.
We may deliver your order in more than 1 shipment.
We do not take responsibility for delays or indirect losses caused by the delay that occurred on grounds of force majeure, acts of God, failure of a common carrier, supplier, hardware, software, browser, or communications equipment, or network failure, congestion, or malfunction, nor do we take any responsibility for indirect losses caused by the delay.
We reserve the right to cancel the order and delivery in case:
If we cancel your order we will notify you by email and will refund you as soon as possible but in any event within 14 days of your order. We won't be obliged to offer any additional compensation for consequential loss or disappointment suffered.

If we've already dispatched your order, you must make a return.
We want you to be happy with our products and services. So, you can return any of the ordered products within 14 days without giving any reason (note that you cannot return products which have been produced or altered according to your wishes). The period of 14 days starts from the day you received the last shipment. To comply with the deadline for return, simply inform us about your desire to return the product before the end of the 14-day period, for example by sending us an email to the following address or by calling us:
You must return the products within 14 days after you've informed us about your decision. You need to return the product unused, in its original packaging and in a resalable condition. You are only responsible for the kind of value decrease of the goods that did not result from treatment that is required for determining the nature, properties and functionality of the product. You can also use our printable return form, but its use is not mandatory.
If you want to exchange your product, you need to return your product and place a new order of the new product.
Once the item has been received and checked, your refund will be processed. Your refund will include any shipping charges you paid when you made your purchase. However, we will charge you delivery costs if you specifically requested non-standard delivery (such as express delivery).
Please note we will not be responsible for items lost in transit during return, even if the service is provided by our courier service. We recommend that an insured service is used to ensure safe arrival of the return.
Refunds are processed by the original payment method. If the card that was used for paying for the order has expired, we will offer you a bank transfer as an alternative. You will be refunded not later than 14 days after you have informed us about your decision to return the product. If we don't receive the product or evidence that you've returned it within 14 days, we may delay the refund.
All international returns must be clearly marked on the outside as "Returned Goods" to avoid import duty. Any import duty that is incurred will be deducted from the refund.
We will not be responsible for any refund of shipping costs incurred by you while shipping the return. However, we will handle the shipping costs if we've delivered a wrong or faulty product to you.
International Exchanges & Returns
We provide free shipping of return packages to customers residing in Finland. You can also return your order or part of your order to one of R-Collection's physical stores.
The returned product should be unused, faultless and in re-sellable condition.
If you want to return all products of your order or just some of them, we take care of the reimbursement for Klarna and PayPal. The returned product can also be exchanged for a gift card. The gift card will be delivered to your email when we have received the returned product. The gift card is valid for one year.
Always remember to fill in the return form and keep the receipt of the return until your exchange is done.
Please note that you cannot return products with your own print or embroidery.
Not claiming a package is not the same as canceling or returning an order. Packages that haven't been claimed and for which no notice of cancelation has been provided are still subject to shipping costs.
We will attempt to deliver your order to the delivery address stated on your order form. If we cannot deliver your order because of an incorrect address or because you fail to contact the courier company or collect the goods from the collection point, we will refund the price of the products reduced by the delivery costs incurred by us in sending out the goods and any additional costs charged to us by the courier company for returning the goods to us. If we have to re-dispatch the order after it has been returned to us for reasons outside of our control, there may be a charge. If you ask us to redirect your order to another address after it has already been dispatched, there will be a redirect charge.
If a product has been lost or damaged in transportation, or doesn't match your order, notify us within 14 days by writing to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or calling at +358 8 633 24411.
If the package has been clearly damaged during transportation, file a complaint immediately to the logistics company whose shipping method you selected.
These Terms and Conditions will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Finland. Any contractual disputes are primarily settled through negotiations, in other cases disputes are settled at the Kajaani District Court, Finland.
