How do I make a return/exchange?

You can return and exchange the products that you ordered at our online store in 3 simple steps.

1. Let us know in writing about your decision within 14 days after you received your order at:

    2. Send us the products back after you informed us about your decision to the following address:

    Please do this within 14 days after receiving the parcel.

      3. Receive the refund within 14 days after you informed us about your decision.

      How much does it cost to make a return/exchange?

      The cost depends on the freight operator. We accept international returns only when the shipping costs are paid by the customer in whole. We will handle the shipping costs only if we have delivered a wrong or faulty product. Exchanges and returns in R-Collection stores are free.

      How do I prepare the return package?

      When you return products to us:

      • Send the products unused, in original packaging and in resellable condition.
      • Fill in the Exchange and Return Form and add it to the package.
      • Mark the parcel clearly on the outside as “Returned Goods” to avoid import duty charge, as any duty incurred will be deducted from your refund.
      • Keep the return receipt until your return has been taken care of. We will send you an email when the process is completed.

      Do I need to place a new order if I want to exchange a product?

      Yes, if you want to exchange a product, you need to return the product and place a new order.

      How will I get my money back?

      If you want to return some or all products of your order, we will make a refund by Klarna or PayPal (depending on which payment method you used to pay for the order). Optionally, you can also exchange a product for a gift card. The gift card will be sent to your email after we've received the returned products. The gift card is valid for one year.

      Can I return customized products?

      No, you cannot return products that have been customized specifically for you. This means prints and embroideries.
