Teemu Keisteri (1985, Espoo) is a visual artist living and working in Espoo. His Ukkeli character and illustrations have been getting a lot of attention for their funny and colourful style in paintings, drawings and custom clothes. He draws his inspiration from cultural phenomena and Finnish lifestyle, and often uses himself as the subject of his art.

Besides Ukkeli, Keisteri makes video art, performance art, his own music in a band called PEU and DJ shows under the moniker Windows95Man.

He also runs his own art gallery Kalleria, in Kallio, Helsinki.
