Sizing & fit guide

Three different sizings

We use three different sizings in our products: women's, men's and unisex sizing. Products designed with women's sizing have shorter sleeves and shorter leg length, but also there's more shape on the hips and waist. Products designed with men's sizing have straight waist line and more length.

Unisex sizing

Garments with unisex sizing are designed to fit all users. They often are loose fit and therefore we recommend women to choose one size down from the usual.

Our anorak products are made with unisex sizing and sometimes choosing the right size might be difficult for women. We heard our customers' wishes and added Armi anorak pants and Eija anorak to our collection.

Measurement table

We are working on R-Collection's customer measurement table to make it easier to choose a size. At the moment, when choosing a size, you should use the product measurement table found on each product. When comparing the dimensions of the product, it is important to pay attention to the fact that the dimensions are taken from the right place. Chest circumference is measured at the highest point of the chest (A), waist circumference at the narrowest point (B) and hip circumference at the widest point of the hip (C). When choosing the length of the pants, you should take into account the inside leg measurement (D) and the side length (E) of the product. The inside measurement tells you the actual length of the leg from the crotch, and the side length makes it easier to figure out the height of the waist.

When choosing tops, shoulder width and sleeve length are important. In products with a dropped shoulder line, these measurements are indicated together, because the point of the shoulder seam is determined by the width of the wearer's shoulder. Please note that the shown measurement is the total length of the shoulder and sleeve. Jackets are measured from the outside so it doesn't take into account jacket lining and padding. This can affect the fit of the jacket, which should be noted when choosing the size.

When choosing the size it's recommended to check out the measurement chart of the piece of clothing in question. Just keep in mind that the shown measurements are the measurements of the product and therefore you shouldn't compare them directly to your body measurements. Instead take a similar piece of clothing that fits you well and compare its measurements to the product's measurement chart. We also have a tool in our online store, which allows you to filter products according to their sizing.
